Come Sunday, 7th May 2017, all roads will lead to the popular Mauve 21 Event Center, Adeoyo, Ring road, Ibadan, Oyo state where his Imperial Majesty; Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi will lead other top socialites to the 20 years on stage celebration of Dele Bravo.

Born Bamidele Ajetomobi but fondly referred to as Dele Bravo Mr Turaya by his fans, he has carved a niche for himself in the music industry with his blend of highlife, fuji and juju music which he has been using to entertain people in the last two decades.

Dele Bravo had a chat with OSUN CITIZEN’S Executive Editor; Dotun Olanibi and he talks about how the journey has been in the last 20 years and his message for his fans.

Looking back at 20 years ago when you started, have you ever thought you will be this big in the music industry?

I never had the thought.
What are the challenges you have faced in your career in the last 20 years?
 Alot of challenges my brother,  if I have to talk about the challenges, i will keep talking till the day ends o.
I just have to thank God for being there for me all d way.
How have you been able to overcome these challenges?
That has been made possible with the support of Almighty God, hardwork and prayer.
Easy does it.
What has been your motivating factor all these years?
God, my mother, my fans, my wife and my crew.
Assuming you are not a musician, which profession would you have taken up?
I was fortunate to be a former greatest ife I have BA in dramatic arts with music major.
 I would have been a farmer
Tell us an incident in your career that you will never forget?
It was when I won Benson and hedges competition among 47 contestants. Another one i will never forget was the day I lost my immediate blood brother and I have to play along with pasuma at green spring hotel for dark sailor nite and I got the news on my way to the show venue and I still performed and went for another party the following morning. That was in 2003.
Finally, what would you like to tell your fans worldwide?
I’m just saying thanks to them all for being supportive all the way,  may God continue to bless their ways always .
I’ll always put my best to make them proud of me original Mr Turaya Dele Bravo.
 I have just started singing now.
